Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at farhanhoque321@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out immediately at farhanhoque321@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
